Product Description:
The Earth Seed Pot DIY is a creative, eco-friendly product that combines environmental awareness with the joy of planting. Designed as a hands-on planting experience, this DIY kit allows users to engage with the growth process of plants while promoting sustainable living.
The kit includes naturally dyed recycled paper, eco-friendly carbon-mix soil, and seeds — all made with environmentally safe materials. The recycled paper is biodegradable and colored using natural plant-based dyes. Once the seed is wrapped in the paper and planted in the soil, the paper decomposes safely without harming the environment.
This DIY pot kit is suitable for all age groups and is ideal for home gardens, indoor spaces, or nature-themed gifts. It offers a relaxing and meaningful way to beautify your space while reconnecting with nature.

Instructions:
Step 1: Choose Your Planting Spot
If possible, choose a location with ample sunlight and good airflow. Indoor planting is also possible.
Step 2: Prepare the Pot
1. Pour the provided compressed soil into the pot and add water to let it expand until soft.
2. Gently press down the soil to level the surface.
Step 3: Soak the Paper & Seeds
1. Remove the wheatgrass seeds and place them in a container. Soak them in water for 4–6 hours (ensure the water fully covers the seeds). Drain before use.
2. Take the three naturally dyed recycled paper pieces and lightly soak them with water until they’re soft and pliable, ready to be molded.
Step 4: Wrap the Seeds
1. Take the soaked seeds and place them in the softened recycled paper. Mold the paper and seeds into a small ball resembling the Earth. The recycled paper is biodegradable and can be planted directly into the soil.
2. Place the seed ball into the center of the soil and gently cover it with a thin layer of soil using your fingers or the included tool.
Step 5: Create Your Plant Label
1. Combine the recycled paper cards with the wooden stick to make a plant label.
2. Write the plant name and watering frequency on the label — e.g., “Water every 2 days.”
3. Insert the label into the soil as a reminder.
Step 6: Watering
1. Gently pour a moderate amount of clean water to keep the soil moist — avoid overwatering.
2. Water 1–2 times per day depending on the dryness of the environment.
Step 7: Wait for Germination
1. Under proper sunlight and moisture, seeds should germinate in about 3–5 days.
2. During germination, ensure the soil remains moist and does not dry out.
Step 8: Ongoing Care
1. Once sprouted, place the pot in a sunny or well-ventilated spot.
2. Water regularly to maintain moist soil, but avoid prolonged soaking.
Tips:
Avoid placing the pot in dark or poorly ventilated areas, as this may affect germination.
If the soil surface becomes dry as the plant grows, increase watering frequency accordingly.
FAQs:
Q1. What if the seeds don’t germinate?
Check if the soil is consistently moist and if the pot receives enough sunlight. If temperatures are too low or high, move the pot to a more suitable location.
Q2. What if mold appears on the soil?
This may be due to overwatering or poor ventilation. Reduce watering frequency and place the pot in a well-ventilated area.
